Amazing
Today was actually amazing, I went for a run, I kinda signed up for a marathon, and I’ve been lacking so hard. I was supposed to run a whole marathon on May 25th, but I don’t think my body can take it. I already broke my foot, and yesterday while I was running, only like 4k in my foot felt a little funny. I don’t want to risk it so I think I’m gonna do a half marathon. After the run I just felt great, I gotta figure out a way to do some sort of exercise in the morning. I used to do pushups in the morning, but I need to get back into it.
On the train ride to work in the morning, I met this guy and we started talking. We hit it off the second I said “ I do Judo” and he said I do “BJJ” (Brazilian Jujitsu). BJJ is from Judo, judo first started as Kano’s Jujitsu and when it spread to Brazil, Helio Gracie adapted it, and started it calling it Gracies Jujitsu, and now its called BJJ.
On the train ride home, I met this great guy. This guy was just cool, we talked about running, and he was really good at talking to people. I had to cut him off and say “Ok now I get to ask you questions”.
Everyone in Calgary has been just taking a piss on Edmonton, and it sucks. I feel bad about it, I hope I can make some change. I feel like Edmonton is on the come up no one knows about it, but soon it’ll be a powerhouse. Its the coldest place in the world that actually has a city, and a university.
Thanks for reading guys,
