First Car Sale Pt-1
I sold my first car today. I freshly finished my training and was hungry to take customers. Luckily, first thing in the morning a family from a different city was in town. I looked him dead in the eyes and said you were my first customer. My customer was a very nice man, he told me not to be nervous and that he’ll make it easy as possible. As soon as they sat down, and told me they needed to be out the door in 1 hour. I lost my mind. I managed to stay composed but didn’t ask them all the important questions, meaning I didn’t ask them about an ENTIRE SECTION ABOUT FINANCE. Looking back 1 hour is all you need to get all the information. On the test drive, I built a really good rapport with him and I was able to calm down. The numbers part was all my manager. During my first car sale, everything came crashing down my confidence, charisma, and ability to simply speak (I stuttered every word). I then realized no amount of training can prepare you for REAL LIFE. That's how the first part of my very first care sale went.
Stay tuned for a sloppy second part. Thank you for reading 😀
