Privilege of faliure
The privilege of failure - it bluntly shows you where you went wrong.
It slaps you straight across your face and tells you that you have to try something new, change something or you will keep failing.
You don’t get this type of feedback from success.
You get a 100 on the test, but you don’t know where you are the weakest, perhaps you are lucky because you had a weak spot, but you wouldn’t know.
The one that failed has all his weaknesses visible in full view, he has a chance to rectify the mistakes, to improve.
He can rebuild himself, with a stronger foundation.
Lucky are those who fail.
By that means I’m super lucky, I have been failing all my life.
The thing about failure is people don’t really remember all the times you failed, except you.
The only thing they will remember is who you are now.
I failed every single mid-term in grade 7, but no one knows that except for me.
As I’m writing it’s hard to accept the failure, I messed up, I know it’ll be better next time, and I’m happy that there is a next time, but I wish I didn’t let everyone down.
To think I was working this hard and something was wrong is hard to accept.
I have to accept the past, In of hope it leading me to a better future.
