Reflow Oven
Disclaimer : This is just all the information I have regarding the reflow oven, whoever is doing it should probably consult with the senior members.
Reflow Oven : Heats ups the board in a specific pattern, so that solder connects the components to the PCB without manual work, especially the smaller components which are harder to solder.
The reason you can’t just heat up the board manually is because you will have an uneven distribution of head and certain things may break depending on how fast or slow you do it, so the reflow oven is consistent and repeatable
Using Reflow Oven
You set a heating profile, according to which the oven will “bake” your PCB. There are two primary things that affect your reflow profile
Solder paste
PCB components
Solder Paste
The solder paste we have is the Wonderway Sn63/Pb37, unfortunately I couldn’t find the heating profile of this specific one but I was able to find another solder paste with the same composition of 63% tin and 37% Lead with the same melting point of 183 deg Celcius.
Wave seems like the closest one

PCB components
If you look at the datasheet you can find the reflow temperature of the component if you exceed this temperature the component might break. I’m not sure if you would adjust the reflow profile or if you would manually solder the component but this is something the senior members would know.
If you look at the datasheet you’ll see this table
The MSL is a standard on how the device can be damaged due to the moisture absorbed, and Level-1-260c-UNLIM can withstand a temperature of 260 deg Celsius so it's good.
Final steps
Set the profile on the Reflow oven and customize till it looks like the Kestor one above, and you're good to go.
