When your inside it
Last semester, I was really into math. I know I was really into math, because that's all I was thinking about. Right before I went to bed, and as soon I as I woke up. The class was an introduction to complex analysis. Essentially using imaginary numbers, you probably had some kid in your class say the square root of -1 is i. The entire class was basically exploring the properties of that i, and where it exists on the real axis. The reason it's SOO INTERSTING is because imaginary numbers do not fully exist, they are kind of imaginary but it yeilds powerful results, and have very real implications. I was so inside it that many things I was reading was turning into Math, I wrote post about emotions and dimensions in linear algbera, and some other ideas, about I was seeing moraliity as harmonic osscilaiton and big question being is it damped harmonic ossicliation in the snese that does it converge to a point?? Anyway I've had this happen with other things in life, like sales and computer science, where I could see everything in life as a negotiation or concepts in computer science that were taken from our evolution, speicially abstraction and encapsulation. All this to say that I think there is somethign special when that happens, there is a university through the depth that you go into a subject.
